How to set up your Email on a mobile device or in another program?

If you access your mailbox on a mobile device or using another program, please follow the below information:

Email setup

  • Encrypted connection: SSL, SSL/TLS or STARTTLS
  • IMAP server:  mail.yourdomain.com port 993
  • POP3 server:  mail.yourdomain.com port 995
  • SMTP server:  mail.yourdomain.com port 465 SSL/TLS or 587 STARTTLS

Good to know

  • Outgoing mail server requires authentication;
  • Your Username is the same as your full email address;
  • Password is provided at the time of registration;
  • If you have forgotten your password, please contact your administrator to get a new one.
